An initial fee of $299 is required to begin the process. This covers the completion of your Pre-Screen Forms
and submission to the Partner Properties to get you pre-approved!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR REBUILDING YOUR RENTAL HISTORY
* PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH * ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE LEASE * NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS OR PEOPLE
The $299 Initial Fee is refundable for 7 days IF you do not choose 1 or more PARTNER.
Once a PARTNER is chosen, the following apply:
Second Chance Partner guarantees pre-approval at 1 or more of your PARTNER choices or a 100% refund of the entire Initial Fee.
If any of your PARTNER choices pre-approve you or if you apply with any PARTNER, no refund is offered.
The Initial Fee is due before your application will be processed. The Risk Assessment is due a minimum of 2 days before your move-in.
Sometimes… different Partner Properties have different rulings on this. Contact us for more details.
It varies… our Procedures Form lays out the rates for most people with 2 or less rental issues. Please contact us for more details.
Most leases are for 6 months, however, a few Partner Properties require 12. Please contact us for more details.
